First Look: ADPT Goods Series 1

ADPT goes beyond straps

It’s a big day for our good friends at Worn & Wound. Their brand, ADPT, is shifting from selling NATO-style watch straps to something much larger. ADPT, or All Day, Purpose, and Terrain, will now be an outdoor lifestyle brand. What does that mean? If you’ve been paying attention to their marketing lately, you’ll have noticed a lot more of it aimed at getting outside and using your gear and watches.

To kick this new effort off, they have teamed up with Boldr to produce an ADPT watch. The ADPT Series 1 is the first generation of watches launching today. These watches will fit in perfectly to ADPT’s ethos as they are rugged field watches fitted on, you guessed it, an ADPT strap.

The ADPT Series 1 will pack in all the specs you would expect from a watch targeted explicitly at the outdoorsy type. 200 meters of water resistance, a lightweight titanium case, and an under-the-radar 38mm case width. The styling is pure Worn & Wound DNA injected into the Series 1. Bold, playful colors on top of a textured dial and functional elements will help this stand out from the onslaught of field watches hitting the market.
